Refund & Return/Exchange Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for refunds, returns, and exchanges to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refund/Return/Exchange

  • Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Damaged or defective products received from Rajat Electricals are eligible for full replacement or refund.
  • Custom orders or bulk exports may have separate policies as mentioned in the order agreement.

2. Request Process

To initiate a refund, return, or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide order details, invoice number, and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Our team will verify the request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Pack the product securely with the original invoice and RMA number and ship it back to us.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • In case of partial damages caused by misuse, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Rajat Electricals.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products delivered by us:

  • Replacement will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • For international orders, shipping duration may vary depending on the destination.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Exceptions

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Perishable or consumable items are not refundable.

6. International Orders

For overseas customers:

  • Customs, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any shipping delays or issues with customs clearance are outside the liability of Rajat Electricals.
  • Return shipping charges for international orders must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If the shipment is damaged during transit, customers must report it immediately with supporting photographs.
  • We will either replace the product or provide a full refund for confirmed transit damages.
  • Insurance claims for lost shipments will be handled according to the courier company policies.
